Bryn Naranjo, BVD Artistic Director
N4Arts welcomes back Bryn Naranjo to relaunch this beloved program in April 2025.
Bryn first fell in love with dance when she started out as a Folklorico and Latin dancer under the direction of Frances Lujan at the early age of 8. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Dance and she continued her artistic expression as a Flamenco dancer under the direction of Pablo Rodarte and Juan Siddi. In 2004, Bryn was hired at the North Fourth Art Center as a performance artist teacher and in 2006 she became the Artistic Director of the Buen Viaje Dance Company. She has had the opportunity to study and perform with many local and worldly artists. With a love for dance and the population she worked with, Bryn decided to go back to school to obtain her Master’s Degree in Counseling and eventually became a Behavioral Therapist for adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. Bryn has maintained her connection with N4Arts since by serving on the Board of Directors and is excited to return as the BVD Artistic Director for her third time.
