High School Transition Program

Visual & Performing Arts

Our community-based arts and theater program is designed specifically for individuals with developmental disabilities.

It is our belief that all individuals should be given the opportunity to achieve their full potential as members of a supportive, thoughtful, and inclusive community.

We offer small class sizes to ensure each student can participate fully and access the class content at their skill level.

Students are encouraged and supported as they engage outside of their comfort zones to acquire new skills, develop new friendships, and learn more about themselves through artistic expression.

Classes Offered Mon-Thurs 9am-3:30pm

Morning/Afternoon/All Day Options

Workforce Training

High School Transition Program

Visual & Performing Arts

We provide comprehensive education, workforce training, and employment pathways for adults with disabilities, with a particular focus on individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, and/or developmentally disabled.

Our  programming aligns with workforce development and economic inclusion priorities by addressing significant employment disparities.

By providing industry-relevant training, certifications, and direct pathways to employment, ASLAF is building a sustainable workforce pipeline while advancing inclusive economic development and long-term community impact.
